It’s all here in Prek Chak, Cambodia. Land border crossing between Southern Vietnam and Cambodia. Xa Xia, Vietnam or Ha Tien crossing is from the Vietnamese side.
From the White Horse Statue in Kep, Cambodia, about a 40 minute drive to the border. About a half hour to “Downtown” Kep, and 1 hour to downtown Kampot.
$8 for a motorcycle for the trip (or less); Tuk Tuks $15-$20, and a car for $20-$25 from Kep.
Best to have your transport pre–arranged on both sides though. Lots of price gouging on both sides if you don’t.

They’ll get you across the border coming or going to Phu Quoc Island, or just between Cambodia and Vietnam. Don’t know if they go to Phnom Penh. You’ll have to ask.
There are 3 casinos on the Cambodian side of the border, all oriented towards Chinese Vietnamese.

The biggest casino, Ha Tien Vegas, has rooms, if you’re desperate. You probably don’t want to hang around here too long, as not much to do. (except gambling!) Also, a 20 minute drive to the Phnom Kampong Trach Caves.
If you’re going to Vietnam to get to Phu Quoc Island, this is the main border to the boats.
