The little sister of Mongroove outside of Kampot. And in back, near the beach, is Mangroove Guesthouse, with a nice restaurant / bar overlooking the ocean.
This restaurant is street side on Route 4 near the Kep Market (not the Crab or Beach market), and right near the beach.
